Chail in Himachal Pradesh, This Place has its own History. Prior to Bhupinder Singh, the exiled Maharaja of Patiala, discovering this exquisite hill retreat in 1893, Chail was a sleepy little mountain settlement. Shimla and Solan are both 45 and 44 kilometres apart from Chail, respectively. Himachal Pradesh’s laid-back hill town offers a relaxing getaway from the hectic city life. Presence of pine and deodar trees, lush green outfields, breathtaking mountains it looks awesome. Many tourists believe this location has more pleasant weather than Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. At a height of 2444 meters, this spectacular Himalayan residence also claims of housing the world’s highest cricket field. The Chail Palace is also located here.
